The Institute is dedicated to education and scientific research in the fields of Law and Political Science. It offers high-quality training at the undergraduate level through two main specialties:

Public Law: Focused on regulating relationships in which the state or one of its institutions is a party, whether at the national or international level.

Private Law: Concerned with governing the rights and obligations that arise between individuals within society. It defines the legal rights and duties of persons across the various types of activities and interactions that connect them.

The Law program aims to strengthen students’ academic knowledge while developing their capacity for legal reasoning—an essential tool for maintaining order and safeguarding the interests of society.

The Institute is entrusted with the task of providing education and conducting research in the fields of Law and Political Science. Its programs combine both theoretical foundations and practical applications, ensuring comprehensive training in these disciplines.

The Institute offers both undergraduate and postgraduate training within the LMD system (Bachelor–Master–Doctorate).

Undergraduate level (Bachelor’s degree) : A three-year program leading to the award of Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Master’s level : Graduates may pursue a two-year Master’s program, subject to specific conditions and the programs available each academic year.
