The Director of the University Center of Tipaza,Professor Mohamed Younsi, took part in the opening ceremony of the 2025/2026 academic year, presided over by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Beddari, at Ahmed Ben Yahia El-Wancharissi University. The ceremony was attended by central ministry officials, heads of regional conferences, directors of university institutions, and the local authorities of Tissemsilt.
